Execution

Design/Permit Process. We work with our clients and respective city urban planning personnel to design our client’s ideal dream home while respecting all respective city By-Laws. We will communicate and execute all steps to ensure that the process is smooth and accommodates all the requirements

Financing and Budgeting. We work with our clients to find the best process for their respective project. While maintaining a close financial analysis and monitoring to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently and within the required budget.

Construction Process: Our team is one of the most qualified team of subcontractors West of Montreal. We pride ourselves as a big family that strives to deliver quality homes. Additionally, we have project managers and engineers that will intermittently oversee every project to ensure that all the aspects of the construction are executed according to our clients’ expectations.

Delivery Process: We support and guide our clients in the inspection and delivery. We have a dedicated team to conduct and execute on all pot delivery adjustment and final touches. We also a 5 year Guarantee by the GCR-APCHQ.

We also offer accessibility services for any special needs (ramps, lifts escalators, doors etc…)

Our team is well qualified to support in all home automated function (lighting, alarms/surveillance, audio, video, blinds, garage solutions etc…)

Landscape: our team will guide and support our clients to designing their ideal home landscape, including cabana, pool, exterior lighting and irrigation systems.
